Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

About us:

Our organization is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to
join our team and provide compassionate, high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have
experience in home health, long-term care, acute care, and rehabilitation settings. The successful
candidate will be responsible for assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring their condition, and
supporting the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities:

● Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
● Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight.
● Provide basic wound care and assist with mobility and transfers.
● Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
● Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.
● Support patients and their families with compassionate care and emotional support.

Requirements:

● Valid LNA/CNA license in {location}
● BLS
● Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred
● Demonstrates proficiency in reading and understanding a Resident Plan of Care or assignment
(e.g., ADLs and introductory visits).
● US Driver’s license
