Registered Nurse (RN)

About us:

Our organization is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team and provide quality care to our
patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in physical and rehabilitation medicine, internal
medicine, acute care, long-term care, and inpatient and rehabilitation center settings. The successful
candidate will provide nursing care to patients, assess their needs, develop individualized care plans, and
monitor their progress.

Responsibilities:

● Provide patient care per established standards and practices.
● Monitor and evaluate patient progress and response to treatments.
● Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
● Assess patient needs, develop individualized plans of care, and provide direct patient care per
established standards and practices.
● Provide education to patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatments, and
preventive health care measures.
● Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal
patient care.
● Maintain accurate medical records for all patients.

Requirements:

● Valid RN license in {location}
● Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred
● BLS
● US Driver’s license
